About Us

We got married in March 2015. Yay us! While planning our wedding, we were focused on creating a day that celebrated love. It was also important that our guests enjoyed themselves as much as we did!


We spent ages looking online for lawn games and decorative touches to hire that suited our style. When we couldn’t find quite the right things we decided to instead buy them … and then hire them out for other people to enjoy!

At The Garden Party Company our philosophy is simple: great customer service; quality items; and reasonable prices.  We understand that your event is important to you, so it is important to us too! We do our best to respond to your queries promptly and then provide great items that don’t cost an arm and a leg.


We are continuing to grow our stock of items, so keep checking back to see what fabulous new products we have available!


Since starting our business in late 2015, we have welcomed two little boys into to our family; Henry in 2016 and Alfie in 2018. This means that Renae’s time is now divided between being a Mum, and running The Garden Party Company! Generally, bookings & emails will be responded to in the mornings... and again in the evenings once Bryce is home from his day job!

Life is busier than ever, and we are so grateful to have this wonderful little business that allows Renae to stay home and be with our boys, whilst also keeping in touch with the bigger world and getting to chat to adults throughout the day too!

As our wonderful clients have returned again and again over the years, The Garden Party Company has grown into even more of a family business! Our parents and siblings - and even our nieces! - are all involved in the fun. We love to see the wonderful events that you put together using our items. It's such a privilege to be a part of your most special days!
